Yes, I probably agree with most of what you wrote, yet anticranks AT LEAST have much of their mathematics and logic right, though it is not unthinkable to have anticranks acting out of sheer respect for authority...not that I had met some here.
I think cranks, trolls and simply stupid people have always existed, but nowadays they have internet to show off their "skills" to thousands. Nothing really important to worry about.
