common core geometry question

Has anybody started to write curriculum for the common core High School courses?
Here is one standard for Geometry : G.GPE.6 Find the point on a directed line segment between two given points that partitions the segment in a given ratio.
Do you think this means find the midpoint? (that is what I found on one website)
or they have to find a point between two given points such that the ratio of the segments is 3:4 (for example) ? What do they expect the students to do to find this out?
Anybody???
