Because you have made claims of having experienced events
which I do not understand. There are possibilities that
quickly come to mind:
1) That you lied about the entire thing
2) That you were under the influence of psychedelic drugs
3) That these events DID take place and there is science here
that needs to be investigated just like all other claims.
As a seeker of truth, I keep my mind open to all possibilities.
THAT is why we are having this conversation.

I told you, I'm a seeker. Many years ago, I investigated everything
from Bigfoot, to ufos, to the JFK assassination. I concluded that
there were many unexplained things, but NOTHING showed any evidence
for a paranormal explanation.
I still have an open mind, I'm just waiting for some evidence before
I go all in.

If true, these events are only paranormal because we lack the
observation part. If we could observe something paranormal, we
could then theorize and make predictions which could be falsified.
So yes, the paradigm of the truth is what I protect.
