>Using the word "process" is empty air here.
Hardly - If I said "physical process" it means something, same here, except we are concerned with physical processes that operate on information and some notion of goal state - e.g., a physical artifact representing a large integer to be factored. Physics is important because it lends support to the notion that there will be notions of processes that are physically possible and those that are not - there will be limits to what is possible.
>You are singularly unable to represent my point of view accurately.
Likewise, I'm sure.
>In my view, you suffer from the common misconception that to be "scientific" means "to be able to explain everything". Over-explainers over-play their hand and contribute little to the conversation in my experience.
Likewise, I'm sure. I'm not trying to explain anything other than a point of view that you don't like. Another group to watch out for are mystifiers. They self-promote pet theories of who-knows-what, often in smug, "hip insider" lingo, that positively detract from the conversation.
