I did and it does.
At this point, you may want to contact Technical Support at MathWorks (using the instructions in my signature) for further help. I'm not as familiar with MuPAD as I was with the older versions of Symbolic Math Toolbox, so the specialists in Technical Support that have more experience with MuPAD should be able to help determine what's happening.
