Why, yes it does :) Well, maybe it starts with an "E", depending on how you think of it. But, let's not be coy. That "person" is not one person, it is a group of people or better, a syndicate of organizations: the Education Mafia.

The teachers unions are just members of the syndicate I call the Education Mafia. Not every group presses for every policy or practice in equal measure. They mainly support each other although there will be instances (rare and small) in which they might even be at odds. Just as with any syndicate or alliance.
