First, by pure accident, it might be that never two endpoints fall
together. Second, even if they did, do you believe that they would
father children?

I see. You need a formal proof. I can assure you quite formally as a
well-mannered gentleman: If you are unable to distinguish elements of
a set (like the paths of the Binary Tree that you provably cannot
distinguish) but claim that you could well-order these path that you
cannot distinguish, then you have a mental aberration that 99.9 % of
mankind do not possess.
