Please explain HOW, GS, this would be relevant to ANYTHING, WHY you feel so compelled to MISQUOTE everyone on this forum, and WHAT your possible objective might be for asking this question?
Before you answer, ponder the simple fact that this is a SOCIAL COMMENTARY, that NOBODY is questioning ANY PERSON's intelligence or IQ, and that this is a simple analysis of a STATISTICAL SQL DATABASE which CLAIMS that racial [and gender] differences are INCREASING, not DECREASING.
Just TRY to bring yourself back to Earth, GS. After all, it's YOU who has been trying to impress everyone how much SQL databases can help education (even in India?).
