They have a legal say when they vote. Which leads to this:

We are talking about the majority of people who live in this democracy making a society with laws via how they vote that is contrary to what you hyper-conservatives want, and we are talking about how you guys react to it with your griping. No one outside your little group is taking what you say seriously.
I know. Let's see you guys run for office in even the most conservative school districts, counties, and states on your hyper-conservative platforms of such as ending all compulsory education at all levels and in general rolling back progress and laws so much that we end up going back all the way to the 1700s as to how we live. Let's see how many votes you get in even these most conservative school districts, counties, and states.
I know! Let's let all you hyper-conservatives do along the line suggested by the Texas governor, who recently suggested that Texas might want to secede from the US if it gets "too progressive or liberal" and start their own country presumably called Texas: Let's give you hyper-conservatives what you want - a country of your very own! We can let all you hyper-conservatives move to Texas, give every non-hyper-conservative who lives there money to move out, let you guys secede and then we'll build a big and shiny new fence around you the way you want to build a big and shiny new fence around Mexico! And by the way, you should not be complaining about any heat and droughts and fires and all that, because hey, you hyper-conservatives say that there's no global warming and even go further and say that the planet is actually getting cooler and cooler and cooler and that it will continue to get cooler and cooler and cooler for the next several decades! So enjoy your ever-cooler country of Texas and Adios!
