I believe Pam posted links to similar books a year or two ago. As far as "pictures" go - obviously these books lead children to think about the few pictures given, so they are more in the head (where one really wants to plant them) and less on the page. Secondly, the better examples of these old books is in the careful and methodical sequencing of the problems.

But, its hard to make money on things in the public domain.
