Exactly the point I have been making for the last 10+ years. Whatever plan or policy you have, if, in the end, it will be the same people doing the same things in the same ways, then exactly nothing will have changed.

So, after implementation of the Common Core Standards, will the Education Mafia still be in charge of our schools? Yes? Then you can take this to the bank: after a great deal of fuss and bother, they will make no difference, at all. At all.
