As I said in

"Re: Position Announcement: Univ. of Alabama"
http://mathforum.org/kb/message.jspa?messageID=7863410

and

"How and why multicultural tolerance is superior to monocultural intolerance"
http://mathforum.org/kb/thread.jspa?threadID=2388571

and elsewhere, those like Amy Chua get it right and you and all the
people you care to cite get it all wrong, with all of you echoing the
racist white supremacist literature that one and only one culture
should be allowed to exist, that there should not be tolerance of
cultures different than one's own, and with your utterly stupid claim
that multiculturalism is simply the fact of more than one culture
existing.

It is inherently fascist monoculturalism, the philosophy that one and
only one culture should be allowed to exist, that there should not be
tolerance of cultures different than one's own, that causes all these
problems, not multiculturalism.

The only hope is multiculturalism, the philosophy that different
cultures should be allowed to exist, that there should be tolerance of
cultures different than one's own.
