While waiting, permit me to ask if you have a purely statistical preference for how to compute the initial composite OFI for each of the 3721 non-stop dicodons. Should this be:
a) the sum of the OFI's for the five sucessive doublets of a dicodon b) or the average of these OFI's c) or something else.
(Recall here that whatever choice is made here, we plug it into the regression line equation to get TM. )
