It's a shame your library doesn't have it.

I've scanned a couple of pages from my personal copy. Once you've read the article let me know and I'll delete the links.

It's fun to follow the progress and read the comments about Shinichi Mochizuki's possibly game-changing work, even though I don't understand any of it!
