I've used several, one of my favorites, especially for AIS in Algebra is FLVS (florida virtual school), it has a bank of 30-45 questions from each algebra topic. I used a combination of "MathGraphics" and "Scientific Graphing Calculator" by W. Jockusch for graphing, and use "scalar" personally for its beauty.
I hope there will be an emulator soon.
I can't wait to hear other good apps in this thread, I'm sure there are many I haven't seen.

Anyone have apps they'd like to recommend for the ipad? Particularly for the high school level courses (algebra, geometry, algebra II, pre-calculus, and/or calculus.)

I really really wish they made a TI emulator that's "close enough" to the TI calculators - since every student is going to have an ipad to take home, it would eliminate the redundancy (and we'd only need a few classroom sets.)

I've glanced at a couple, and nothing's really caught my eye as being educationally useful. (On the other hand, some of the apps do everything, so the students would love them - e.g., just download the app, put in your rational expression, and the app will do the partial fraction decomposition for you. No mental effort required - just copy the answer.)
