Numbers do not have digits, only numerals, which are not numbers but only names of numbers, have digits.
And "oo", whether regarded as a numeral or the name of a number, has no digits at all.
Until WM can distinguish between numerals and numbers, he should stop trying to dictate how they must behave. --
