I am sending off-line new copies of the a1_N_1_C and a1_N_1_S files with data for all three of the new regressions at each singleton length. Please discard the copies sent earlier today, since they only have data for the first two of the new regressions.
I have decided to include the complete covariance matrices in these files, in case you want/need to work with other covs. So the column headers for the files are now as noted at the end of this post.
Finally, I am also sending a PDF showing my desk-check of all computed values for a1_N1_S_C len 24 against the detail file for a1_N_1_C len 24 (am also sending this detail file as well.) You only need to look at the fields in yellow in the PDF to see that all numbers are correctly computed from the detail file in accordance with the definitions you?ve provided. You don?t really have to bother doing this, but I thought it might be useful for you to have a copy of one detail file for one length, and also thought that the PDF might serve to reassure you that the computations really are waterproof.
Now that all three regressions are computed and desk-checked, I will start generating the remaining summary files across all cells of the design. I will do this before I start doing the two-ways, so that you can derive your master file of N?s per singleton length per cell sooner than later.
