The area of the duct entrance is
A=100e-6*100e-6=1e-8 m^2.
So for a flow rate of 1.5e-7 dm^3/min = 1.5e-7*1e-3/60 m^3/s = 2.5e-12 m^3/s, the velocity should be
v_avg = 2.5e-12/1e-8 = 2.5e-4 m/s = 0.25 mm/s, shouldn't it ?
