There are
# AntiDiagonals #Permutations 9x9x...x9x9 x nxn-1x...x2x1
calculations of digit segments.
MINUS
10^n possible digit segments.

So the Exhaustive AntiDiagonal Method covers every one!
While it's true that each row is missing from the EAM Set
at digit N, that row appears in the EAM Set at digit N-1.
As N->oo the EAM Set is just every digit combination (including the present rows!)
