So you deny that mathematics of numbers is based upon digits.
But here is the list: All finite initial segments of all decimal expansions are included. And all these finite initial segments are appended by all definable tails between 000... and 999... So the tail with the decimal expansion of pi and of all its segments is not missing. More generally, all decimal expansions of all algebraic and all known transcendental numbers and all their finite segments and repetitions.
