In mathematics it is answered by the axioms which prohibit the construction of a set of all sets.
But in WMytheology, there is no standard set of axioms for set theory, and WMs claims differ from day to day so wildly so that one else can ever know what will or will not be allowed in WMytheology on any particular day except WM. --
