No one as incompetent as WM can possibly settle any serious point to the
satisfaction of anyone less incompetent. Which includes most people here.
And WM's misunderstanding of complete infinite binary trees is even
worse than his understanding of |N, which is, in an obvious sense, a
complete infinite unary tree.
