White Boards Promethean vs SMART

Hi All:
My school purchased the top of the line mobile Promethean Board last year.
We've had a huge amount of problems that, after multiple visits, are still not fixed.
Apparently, we should have bought SMART boards.
Has anybody else had problems with Promethean?
If so, were you able to get them fixed?

Did anyone else notice they asked a question that they asked on the A2T Regents that was pretty much the same exact picture/problem as a part III on the June 2005 Math B? Has this happened before?
