My two cents ...
The probability that Ann wins is 505/1296. The probability that Ann loses is 791/1296.
The odds on Ann winning are 505 to 791. The odds on Ann losing are 791 to 505.
Hence if you want to make a bet on Ann to win, the other party should offer fair odds of 791 to 505 (so you win 791 if you win, and lose 505 if you lose).
