That "An ANTI-DIAGAONAL is not any ROW" is a Structural Postulate of 2 dimensional arrays and has no bearing on the DATA in the list.
It's merely DIGITn ~= ~DIGITn
State your anti-diagonal function and SEE what strings are uncountable on this LIST.
