Obviously those constant represent some constants depending on the constants of integration. Its is so obvious to smart people like me and DvDM that we dont need to specify it. This is what DvDM wrote too. "At + B" w/o ever invoking initial conditions (as r(0) etc). But you... you always fail to understand.
