fine-structure physical evidence for the 3rd Coulomb force - div*M =

Now there is a slight change of this new law of the Maxwell Equations,
where yesterday I wrote it as:

-div*M = 0

and today I write it as a constant over 137/2 M = (e)
showing that 137/2 magnetic monopoles equals 1 unit of electric-charge
(e).

So the complete set of Maxwell Equations would be five equations:

- div*M = E

div*E = r_E

div*B = r_B

- curlxE = dB + J_B

curlxB = dE + J_E

Now is there any physical evidence for this new 5th Maxwell Equation
that quantizes the magnetic monopole and quantizes the magnetic dipole
and quantizes the electric charge and allows for only
a force of attraction (the need for a negative sign)?

Of course there is, because what the 5th equation does, and
incidentally I make it the first of the Maxwell Equations, is add a
3rd Coulomb law to the Maxwell Equations. The Maxwell Equations, thus,
ends up with 3 Coulomb laws, the Coulomb of electric charge, Gauss's
law of electricity, and the Coulomb of magnetic dipoles where Gauss's
law of magnetism has monopoles within the dipoles B, and finally in
the Coulomb law of magnetic monopoles, this new 5th equation.

If physics had just two Coulomb laws in the Maxwell Equations then the
formula of Balmer-Rydberg spectral lines formula would cover the topic
of spectral lines completely. But because there are Fine Structure
spectral lines, the Maxwell Equations require a 3rd Coulomb law.

Spectral line type of formula such as the Balmer-Rydberg
formula:

1/y = R(1/m^2 -(1/n^2))

The 1/m^2 is one Coulomb law and the 1/n^2 is the second Coulomb law.

But Spectral lines in physics does not end with just 2 Coulomb laws
for there are Fine Structure Spectral lines which require a 3rd
Coulomb law.

H = H_0 + H_kinetic + H_so + H_Darwinian

Now let us not get confused with Charles Darwin of biology, for this
is a relative of Charles Darwin who became a physicist and involved in
spectral lines.
The H_so stands for spin-orbit coupling.
The fact that the H, hamiltonian requires three terms is indicative
that spectral lines require 3 Coulomb force laws.

So in a sense, the Maxwell Equations need a third Coulomb force of
magnetic monopoles to quantize electric charge and to create the Fine
Structure Constant and Fine Structure Spectral Lines of physics.
