NYC Mathematics Project Annual Conference May 4

The NYC Mathematics Project 22nd Annual conference, "Taking the CORE to Task," will be held on
May 4th, 2013 at Lehman College.

The keynote is the national speaker, Andy Clark. His topic is Using Visual Models in Problem Solving. Exhibitors will display resources and workshops for educators K-12 will focus on Common Core mathematical practices and tasks, the Museum of Math, common core aligned resources, differentiated instruction, common core unit development,motivational activities, exploring fractions, straw rockets,
algebra concepts in the early grades...and more!!!

Registration is $25. Participants will receive a certificate for 5 hours of professional development.
