Minkowski had a whole bunch of other stuff, though, including a lot of "Nd" stuff, which is all under the general heading of configuration- or phase-spaces, many of which do not use time as the typical "phase-angle" for the cyclic permutations (omega is frequency etc.); cf., "time is not a dimension," or it is the *only* dimension* whereby dimensionality is actually percieved (instramentally e.g.).
