I can see controversy over question #24. Since you don't have 2 angles, AA is not an option. You cannot assume that the triangles are each 2/3 of a Pythagorean Triple so there is no way to assume a 2nd pair of angles that way.
So unless you use a rigid motion of dilation, factor 2, none of the other choices are possible since the triangles are definitely not congruent.
If you go with the dilation rigid motion, then they are similar but I have an issue with SAS.
