Yes, rectangle is a type of parallelogram with 4 fixed angles at 90 degrees. Show that the opposite sides are equal and the diagonals bisect each other. A picture proof of the angles for your rectangle and parallelogram may be enough. I don't know which level of mathematics you are at.
