Why so few conjectures at OpenProblemGarden.org?

At http://www.openproblemgarden.org there are only 399 open problems (224 of
which are about graph theory).

I feel that there are much more open problems in present day mathematics.

Doesn't the site http://www.openproblemgarden.org need more "advertisement"
in academic circles?
