> B: ALSO: kindly refrain from falsely claiming - as you certainly did* - that I have ever "solicited funds" for providing the prototype OPMS software to people who wanted to see it or test it out. (*For evidence of such false claim, please check out your post dt. Dec 24, 2013 10:45 AM [http://mathforum.org/kb/message.jspa?messageID=9349807] in the thread "Routes into teaching?).
I never claimed that you solicited funds for prototype OPMS software. I claimed that you have solicited funds and that you have stated your intent to do so in the future.
This is my post -
"Yes, do review the past postings here and you will find this this empty to-do list theory has been unanimously rejected. And finally, be aware that he has solicited funds in the past and has stated his intent to do so in the future. If such an occasion arises, before you part with any of your money, demand a full accounting, with verifiable references, of his past failures with regard to his business dealings and this empty to-do list product. I doubt you will have any luck in this regard as we have not had any luck in this regard.?
How exactly did you get ?for prototype OPMS software? out of that? That sounds a lot like Lou?s ?colloquial? argument.
If my meaning in that post is unclear to you, then let me spell it out.
1. You have in the past and in the present actively solicited investors (money) for the development of OPMS. 2. I have, in the past, requested evidence of any commercial success to date with OPMS and your responses have been less than dubious. 3. I warn anyone that might find themselves in (1) to note (2) and to do proper due diligence before they hand over even one rupee to you.
"iSUM is the vehicle that hopefully will get OPMS fully off the ground into the huge market that awaits it. Earlier, I had started a private limited company, 'Interactive LogicWare' (ILW) - at which I was able to get the prototype OPMS software done to about 80% level (and it works very well)- but it then folded as our financiers ditched us when the dot.com market went bust. Since then, I've been working to get needed financing to get OPMS fully going. Hopefully, I shall be able to do it through LinkedIn/other avenues?
You have watched me consume millions of test results and review tens of millions of test items just to get to the bottom of a couple points.
I always do my due diligence.
My offer still stands. I have no current inclination, and haven?t for awhile, of chasing down the messy financial history of OPMS. As far as I can tell, it is more neutralized than smallpox. If you don?t want the sting of my well researched and reasoned criticism aimed at you, then simply stop poking me with a stick. And stop poking the others with sticks as well. It is really getting old.
If you still feel inclined to bring in the new year as you have the last 12, then fine, the moderator can deal with it.
