You are fully convinced that - in your expert opinion - the OPMS does NOT work at all!
However, that would have led to questions of specifically how you had tried to put the OPMS to work on issues of current issues to you (and where and how it might have failed you), which might have been embarrassing if you had not even looked at the OPMS documentation!
You certainly have not downloaded the OPMS prototype software to try it out, as is evident from your claims that "OPMS is just list-making and nothing else".
I do keep track - though rather casually - of just who might have downloaded the OPMS prototype software, and I request people to keep me informed of any difficulties they may find in applying it to issues of their choice. I would be able to give them effective help in applying OPMS only after my OPMS website is up and running: hopefully, this would happen during 2014. Some efforts are on in this direction.
