Austria, Switzerland and France are close culturally and geographically, yet Austria at 23% is less than half of Sw. (52%) or France (47%). If teaching (style) differences are mainly to account for that then there would have to be some pretty large differences in the typical approach.
What makes Austria stand out (negatively)? Anyone?
