Subject: textbook evaluation form?

Does anyone have a form for evaluating k-8 math texts which would reflect the
Standards? I am putting something together for Pella (Iowa) teachers who will
select new math texts this year, but I thought someone out there may have some
ideas already. They need the form for a Feb. 28 meeting. Thanks
