I do not understand what you mean by give a reference.  The addenda series is
a series - by grade level and content that is an adjunct to the basic
standards.  They ARE child oriented - or rather learner oriented.  And I
refuse to get invovlved any more than that....except if you are an NCTM
member you would know about the revision process.
