Subject: 9's

I just received a problem in Alg.1 that's been giving me some trouble.
I hope someone can figure it out.We are to use 3 9's and no other
numbers to form a series of integers: 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9, and 10. It is
possible to use square roots and factorials. For example:

9 factorial / 9X9= 4480

Thx!
