Formulae don't have answers, problems do (sometimes).

a = p + prt

substituting in 200 for p, 0.08 for r, and 4 for t:

a = 200 + 200*0.08*4

= 200(1 + 0.08*4)

= 200(1 + 0.32)

= 200*1.32

= 100*2.64

= 264.
