Subject: Galois 3 memoirs

I just read Mario Livio's "The equation that couldn't be solved". Evariste Galois tried three times unsuccessfully to bring his memoir of resolvability of the equations by radicals to well-kown mathematicians knowledge.
The first time was in 25th of May / 1st of June 1829 when memoir was left to the Academy of Science and Cauchy. The second time and the second misfortune was in the 1st of March 1830 when memoir was left with some modifications to Grand Prix of Mathematics competition. The 3rd time in 17th of Jan 1831 a new version was left into academy and to the mathematicians Denis Poissons and Sylvester Lacroix.
The book gave me an impression that all three memoirs are not just the same but Galois made every time at least some modification to the paper. Are all these memoirs left and comparable with each other or are some of them disappered. Are any of them translated in English?
