Subject: Can I get some help please.

If I have a triangle with three sides of 72 or a perimeter of 216  I believe the area is 2701.

Now if I draw a circle around the tips of the triangle,  what is the diameter and circumference of the circle? 

I also need the answer in that the circle is just outside the tips but not connected but as ABSOLUTELY AS  CLOSE AS POSSIBLE. 

Is there a standard formula for this ? If so what is it?
