Subject: Stock Market Ideas?!?

I am looking for a good stock market project for a probability/statistics high school math class.  The class consists mostly of seniors and have a math background through algebra 2.  I am not very familiar with the stock market, but I thought that it would be an area that might interest the students.  Thank you!
