Subject: intersection of 2 spheroids

Hello Community,

I have the problem to intersect 2 spheroids  -> closed curve, not in a
plane
In my special case the 2 spheroids share one Foki.

I developed an iterative algorithm which works fine.

My Question: Is it possible to solve the problem directly
analytically?
Yes or No is enough for me.

Would be great if anybody could answer this question.
