It is certainly not a member of the ring of integers (or whole numbers),
nor of the field of rationals, nor of the field of reals, as it is
totally incompatible with the arithmetical rules of those structures.

And as every numerical expression of length, area, or volume uses
integers or rationals or reals as it numbers, WM is dreaming again.
