One of the methods in solving this equation is given below as far as my knowledge is concerned. As we know that B'D' = AB'D' + AB'D'. So substitute this in the given equation

AD' + A'B' + AB'D' + A'B'D
AD'(1+B') + A'B' (1+D')
AD'+ A'B'
