Subject: Expand Crashes Mathematica

Hello,

It seems like the Expand command is seriously broken.
The hint of Daniel Lichtblau in
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.soft-sys.math.mathematica/PWToEFKNAs4
is a workaround also here.
