Subject: meet problem when add new toolbox

hello all,

I use Matlab R2011b. I need to add econometrics toolbox. I tried two different ways to add it. First, I applied command addpath in command window, but it didn't work. Then, I tried to add it by click 'file-set path-add folder-......-save'. After that, I also updated path cache. But the econometrics tool still doesn't show. Now, after clicking 'start-toolboxes-econometrics', then I can only see 'help','demo', and 'product page (web)'.
Can you tell me why? Thank you very much!!!!
