Just include the coordinates in the Table


data = Flatten[
Table[{x, y, Sin[x + y^2]}, {x, -3, 3, 1/16}, {y, -3, 3, 1/16}], 1];


ListPlot3D[data, AxesLabel -> {"x", "y", "z"}]
