kth powered matrices trivially generate either Householder's,Newton's, Halley's and other new high-order iterated functions for approximating roots, at any desired convergence rate k.

No derivatives, no infinitesimal calculus, no cartesian system, but just
simple arithmetic.

Were you taught on school on these simple high-order root-approximating methods?
