Subject: Eigenvector problem

For the case where -x^3+8*x^2-16*x=0 the two roots wolfram alpha gives is x=0 and x=4. But, there is a third root that is canceled out from factoring and dividing into 0, which could represent any real number. Could this eigenvalue or root represent an infinite number of eigenvectors?
